Thanks for your time,
 
I ran into a few errors and problems during preprocessing in CONN, 
I started tthe default preprocessing pipeline and inputted the correct smoothing, however there seems to be some issues after the slice timing correction step,
 
spm or conn doesnt seem to recognise the nifti file even though the datatype is correct
 
Please see attached and maybe we can go through it soon!
