Is it possible to make CONN output the denoised timeseries for all the voxels in a specific subject as a 2D array? I know it does that for the ROI data, but I'd like it for all the voxels in the whole grey matter. I've looked in data/DATA_*/V/ but none of those look like what I want (and I'm not 100% sure what all those output files mean - the documentation on this is very spotty).

I'm trying to make a large, functional connectivity matrix where each node is a voxel.
