Can I ask you a question? I am new in this field and I try to use SPM for preprocessing of MRI data of OASIS database. Each time I use SPM for different preprocessing it gets the original images and gives me one new output (I expect to give original image for first step and the results of this for second step and... finally I have one output). SO what is the exact output for me to do processing on it?
