Hi, in order to do some separate analyses outside of the toolbox I would have to know in what order the pairwise correlations between subjects are calculated. In the cormatmap output I have with 20 subjects 190 pairwise correlations. My questions is how are these build up?
S1-S2
S1_S3
S1-S4
..
S2-S3
S2-S4
etc? Or differently?
