I had a question regarding the connections displayed in the display 3D brain. It seems that there are interesting twists and turns that are displayed and I wanted to clarify if this was a result of some pre-existing knowledge of anatomy or white matter tracts? If so is there some literature or reference for what mapping is used to generate these connections?
