Hello all,

I noticed a dramatic increase in file size after running pre-processing using Conn. After unwarping and realigning using a field map (i.e. file prefix u-), one 3D image file takes up ~365 KB of space. However, after normalizing to MNI space (i.e. file prefix wu-), the same image has a size of 13,886 KB! As a result I am rapidly losing disk space on my PC. What could be causing this dramatic increase in size, and how can I prevent it from happening?
