multiple betas
Dear Conn community,
I was wondering if it is possible to get the different betas from a multiple regression design (two nuisance and two variables of interest).
For instance, let's say I'm interested in knowing age and sex each beta weights in the connectivity between a seed-region and the whole-brain (e.g., [0 0 0.5 0.5])
Is this possible? I only noticed one beta and R^2 from the entire model. How can I obtain a F-value instead of a T (as this is the outcome in the Conn's calculator)?
I'm also curious about if there is a way to "compare" models? maybe post-hoc analysis testing the R^2 change between model A (age) and model B (age + sex)?
Thanks,
J
