Hi Vasiliki,

you design matrix generally looks ok, but it contains typos. For example, the cell in row 2 and column 3 should contain a 1, but you have put a 0 in this cell. Why?

The contrast should be: [1 1 0 0 0 0 ........]

The test should be: "F-test"

This will test the null hypothesis of equality in connectivity between the three groups. In other words, it will aim to find connections where there is a difference in connectivity values between the three groups.

The exchange blocks can be specified as: [1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8 8 9 9 9 10 10 10 11 11 11 12 12 12 13 13 13 14 14 14 15 15 15 16 16 16 17 17 17 18 18 18 19 19 19 20 20 20]
