CompCor and removal of voxels with task-correlation
Hi Alfonso!
I hope you have been doing well. I noticed in the Behzadi (2007) paper that within the WM/CSF masks, they exclude voxels in the noise mask that correlate with the task. Is this process implemented in conn as well? I know that task-design effects are removed before CompCor, but wasn't sure about this second point. If this is implemented, does this mean that if all voxels in the WM/CSF mask correlate with the task, that no motion components are removed (apart from outlying volumes and continuous motion parameters)?
I appreciate the help!
Best,
