Hey all -- 

I've installed CONN many times, but am now running into an error when trying to install on my home machine (Windows 10 Education, 64-bit). Every time, the CONN GUI starts up and freezes on the "Initializing... Please wait" step.

Have a fresh copy of R2018a, downloaded Conn v18.a and SPM 12. `conn_update` and `spm_update` both state the packages are up-to-date. Tried re-downloading and and extracting several times, but it's still occurring.

Any ideas about what might be happening?
