CONN strange alignment in first-level analysis
Hi All,
I am trying to obtain ROI to ROI connectivity analysis for data already preprocessed with freesurfer and FSL. For the structural image I set as input T1.mgz and for functional resting state processed via FEAT. I am also using aparc+aseg.nii atlas from freesurfer and copied FreeSurfLUT.txt renamed it aparc+aseg.txt (as per another forum post). The issue that I having is that it looks like both the T1 and functional end up being "cut off" (see attached pic), and the connectivity ends up being projected in a weird way on it.... I am not sure what I am doing wrong?
