Set-up detects 540200 scans instead of 730, throws error
Hello,
I successfully preprocessed by functional data (740 scans/per subject and the 1st preprocessing step was to remove the first 10 timepoints). So there are 730 rows/subject in the 1st level covariates.
However, when I click done from the set-up to move forward I receive the following error:
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate realignment mismatched dimensions (730 rows, while functional data has 540200 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)
I am not sure how 540200 scans is even possible, but it is the product of 730*740, and it appears that CONN is pulling the 730 scans 740 times... The selected swu* files in the functional section even show that they are scans 11-740, which would confirm 730 per subject.
Please advise.
Best,
Sarah
