RE: Have to CTRL+C in matlab window to continue ART in preprocessing?
Hi Sarah,
Sorry about that, that is rather strange, typically you can even run ART in the background or in distributed environments where no user-interactions is even possible so I am not sure what might be causing those prompts in your case. Could you please let me know the entire error message in your Matlab command-line window that appears right after you use Ctrl+C so I can better diagnose what might be causing this issue?
Thanks
Alfonso

Hello,
When the ART toolbox is being called from CONN, I have to Ctrl+C in the matlab window after the files are saved for each subject in order to continue to the next subject. Else the processes idle and matlab displayed "Busy". It's rather inconvenient to have to wait and make these key strokes for each participant.
Please advise.
Thanks!
