I tried to use ICBM dataset for my purpose but when I preprocess raw dataset by AFNI  I saw that anatomical dataset and the functional set does not fit. And at some regions of the brain, the functional set is not appearing as the overlay of the anatomical set. How should I use that set or does rest-1-2-3 has any difference from each other?
