gPPI and DCM are very different
analyses. Either can be done and there is no requirement to do both
or do one before the other.
If it can't be corrected, then its not significant. Can you correct it based on cluster size?
If you want to say something more general about the connectivity in the brain, you might be able to apply the approach done in:
