Hello Fellow CONN users,

I am fairly new to CONN, SPM, and programming and wanting to spatially normalize using the EPI MNI template as opposed to the default T1 template. I am using SPM8. Where exactly can I change this default? I see multiple instances in the conn.m script where it calls the T1.nii template, but no where in the CONN GUI where this is an option. Any help would be appreciated.
