Exclude ROI from functional connectivity analysis
Hello everybody.
We have a patient to which we did functional connectivity analysis before and after surgery.
It is a tumour patient, so we segmented first the lesion and then started the analysis.
We created a NIFTI image of the lesion manually using MRICro software.
We inserted this ROI into "ROIs" section in the "SETUP" tab and finally the analysis show activation patterns also inside the lesion, but we wanted to exclude the ROI from the connectivity analysis and thus we should not observe activations/deactivations within the ROI.
Is our procedure correct?
In general, when I want to exclude some regions from the analysis, how is the way to do this?
Thank you so much in dvance.
Gabriele
