Hi, I am currently going through the tutorials provided. I noticed that the "Slice viewer with MNI boundaries (QA_NORM)" option in functional tools provides boundaries that correspond to the anatomy of the human brain, whereas the data I'm using is for rat brains.

my question is whether it is possible to use the CONN tool to analyze data from rat brains, or whether this toolbox is exclusively used for human data
