Seed-to-voxel analysis using subject-specific ROIs
Hello,
I have a couple of questions about using subject-specific ROIs. I want to run a seed-to-voxel analysis using subject-specific anatomical ROIs. From my understanding, it is possible to include 2 separate datasets in the Functional Setup tab – i.e., a primary and secondary dataset. Currently, my primary dataset includes data that has been normalized to MNI space and my secondary dataset includes data that is in native space. In the ROIs Setup tab, I can select the dataset from which the average timeseries are extracted. At this stage, should I be selecting my primary or secondary dataset?
Also, I am wondering how the analyses are computed at a group level – is there anywhere I should be specifying that the group level analysis should be run on the normalized dataset?
Thank you!
Lauri
