Hi,

I am currently running patient/control resting state analysis.

I don't see any prominent results in 2nd revel when use the contrast [ -1 1] / [ 1 -1] with two groups.

When I explore through any effect of group and plot effect using REX,
I am seeing a few clusters that may show the difference between the group. (using seed analysis)
Is it still possible to interpret this results any significant?, if so, what would be the best way to present this outcome?


I'd really appreciate for any suggestions/help.
