I was wondering if there was a way to get a single value for a network (with 10 ROIs for instance) instead of doing an ROI-to-ROI analysis. So that way we can compare networks against one another, and if there is a significant difference between them, we can perform a post hoc test to see which ROI's the significant difference is found.
