Thank you for this toolbox! It is incredibly helpful! 

I have a question about data that can be run through the toolbox. One of our studies has been preprocessed through fMRIPrep (https://fmriprep.readthedocs.io/en/stabl...). Can we use the preprocessed output in BASCO. or does the data need to be preprocessed in SPM?
