Hi,

I'm conducting a group ICA analysis, and am trying to determine whether there is enough overlap between my components and the network templates to be able to meaningfully identify the components as the corresponding networks. I've used compute spatial match to template to obtain the correlation coefficients, however I'm not sure what a good threshold is for being able to say a specific component corresponds meaningfully to the network it matches most closely with. For reference, the correlation coefficients for the closest matches are in the .50 to .55 range. Any guidance on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
