Hello gPPI experts,

Now I am struggling with applying DCM algorithm in SPM to FS-FAST pre-processed data which contain three spaces, left and right hemispheres and subcortical area. I could get mean time-series of ROIs from the FSFAST-preprocessed data, however, I cannot found the confounds matrix including filtering and whitening in FSFAST. The X0 matrix which is generated during the model estimation in SPM is needed in further DCM analysis. I am new to gPPI in SPM. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
