I am trying to start using the toolbox rsHRF and I have a few questions. 

Since the volumes have to be preprocessed before entering them, could you give more information about the preprocessing that should be done? 
Is it the same preprocessing as a task-based fMRIone? 
Would this be okay: 
- setting the origin
- slice timing
- realignment
- coregistration
- segmentation
- normalization
- smoothing (8x8x8 mm)

I read that in the case of resting state fMRI, the high pass temporal filtering threshold needs to be adjusted. Could you please tell us if this is correct and how to change this in SPM?
