I was hoping to get some input on the surface space processing. I am analyzing HCP data and did some analyses of task data on ciftis with surface data. I don't see any updates on conn being able to read in cifti or gifti, so I'm selecting the T1w.nii in the freesurfer mri directory which was described in the manual, but what would be the most appropriate functional input? Would I still use the rfMRI_REST1_LR_hp2000_clean.nii.gz files?
