It probably depends on complexity of your model and the parameters of your computer/server. 

I have a 16gb ram and 3.5GHz multiple cores PC and model with 80 subjects, F-contrast for four groups and four variables. The PC runs this analysis for about 5 to 10 minutes. 

I suppose it shouldn't last hours.
