RE: seed to voxel "results explorer" is running very very slow
I unchecked the non parametric option
in the Options tab and it is running much faster. But I can not
calculate non parametric thresholds.
I also realized I was using an own sample-specific 1x1x1 mm mask for the analyses, I downsampled it to 2x2x2 mm. I don't which of these sped up the process.

and the parameters of your computer/server.
I have a 16gb ram and 3.5GHz multiple cores PC and model with 80 subjects, F-contrast for four groups and four variables. The PC runs this analysis for about 5 to 10 minutes.
I suppose it shouldn't last hours.
