RE: MRIcroGL Linux (RedHat) Installation Instructions
Are you trying to run MRIcroGL 1.0 of 1.2?
MRIcroGL 1.0 supports older computers. Make sure you have the latest release (v1.0.20181111)
https://github.com/neurolabusc/MRIcroGL/...
MRIcroGL 1.2 is more efficient but assumes a more modern graphics driver. Make sure you have the latest version (v1.2.20181114)
https://github.com/rordenlab/MRIcroGL12/releases
After downloading, you may want to read the page on installation
https://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/inde...
and in particular the troubleshooting page
https://www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu/mricrogl/troubleshooting
Launching MRIcroGL from the terminal command line may reveal insight into any problems. It is also worth running the command 'glxinfo' from the command line to ensure that your computer supports at least OpenGL 2.1 (for MRIcroGL 1.0) or OpenGL 3.3 (for MRIcroGL 1.2)
