Dear BrainNet experts,

I need to create a set of nodes from an atlas, and I thought I could use fslstats to get the coordinates of the roi centroids. However, the fslsats command has two outputs that could be used for that, one produce mm coordinates and the other voxel coordinates.

What should I use?
