Overlay does not reflect t-scores
Hi,
I've exported a t-score map from AFNI and loaded as an overlay in MRIcroGL.
My understanding is that Min and Max value should correspond to min and max t-scores. However, that does not seem the case.
My t-scores range from -6 to +6. It seems to me that the lowest minimum value that can be chosen for an overlay is 1.
Could you please help with this issue?
All the best,
irene
