VOI extracted from the concatenated model and SPM.mat created from the separated model in gPPI
Dear gPPI experts
I'd like to know how to utilize the VOI file extracted from concatenated model to gPPI analysis.
My experiment consisted of 6 sessions, and each session included 4 conditions.
I created VOI file out of the concatenated GLM model(i.e., 6 sessions into 1), then I entered this VOI file into gPPI analysis with
the SPM.mat which was created from the aforementioned concatenated GLM model.
However, I got the error message "ERROR: VOI timeseries is not the correct size. Must either be N same size as SPM.nscan or SPM.nscan*NT"".
Then, I applied another SPM.mat made from original, not concatenated, GLM model, and it was done successfully.
Would you please let me know that this process that using the concatenated VOI file with SPM.mat based on separated GLM model is correct or not?
