The most likely cause of the is error is that a connectivity matrix is not being provided for each subject, or the connectivity matrices cannot be read.

Check that you have provided the correct number of connectivity matrices (one matrix for each subject). Very detailed instructions are provided in the NBS manual about the format of connectivity matrices.
