Thanks for posting your solution and contributing to the forum :)
The error happening to Xiuli Wang was similar, and also already solved: There were two studies with the same name in the sdm_table.txt

Unfortunately I do not have the execution log.
Anticlimactically, I found that I had two .txt files for the same study. This was a mistake and not inputted onto the sdm_table thereby initiating the error "pp_(null).nii.gz not found".
