Dear Antonin,
This sounds like a memory allocation/release bug. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will ask a member of our development team to have look at the problem. Are you using acpcdetect V2.0?
Best
Babak
Dear experts,
during acpcdetect run I am encountering following error:
*** Error in 'acpcdetect': double free or corruption (!prev): 0x0000000002108ef0 ***
I found that this occurs when input filename is 57 characters long (including extension .nii). Extending or shortening filename the routine finishes ok.
