Hi all,

I can't be the only one having this issue, but we want to use the Brodmann atlas for analyses but we are noticing that the undilated masks overlay poorly on the template and this is carrying over after transformations. We are using areas like BA11 and 47, and a big portion of these ROIs are displaying outside of the brain. I haven't seen anything on the forum, but is there a way to fix this problem?
