I have taken IBSR1-18 Volumes for Cortical thickness, amygdala, hippocampus segmentation, in Label it mentioned as RGB values, but while reading the image from this dataset in matlab it display as grayscale image. how do i find the label for Hippocampus, Amygdala and cerebral cortex in MATlab.
