renaming bug dcm2niix?
Dear all,
first I would like to thank you all for contributing to these tools!
I am using the newest version of dcm2niix to convert my Siemens PRISMAfit DICOMS to uncompressed NIfTI files.
However, the renaming function: -f "%f_p_p" does not work proper.
Here is an example:
The foldername with DICOMS: 160R5MTM_PHASE_PHS_0387
command in terminal (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Updated):
dcm2niix -f "%f_p_p" -p y -z n "160R5MTM_PHASE_PHS_0387"
Output:
160R5MTM_PHASE_PHS_0387_p_p_ph.nii
This is want I wanted/expected:
160R5MTM_PHASE_PHS_0387_p_p.nii
Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance.
