I recently downloaded 1099 structural images of the ABIDE I dataset from COINS and have been processing them. However, when I went to compare the structural data to that found in the Composite Phenotypic File (see http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...), I found that the subject IDs did not match. For instance, there is a subject in the phenotype file named 51456 that has no correspondence to the COINS images (which are named A00032016, for example). Thus, I was wondering how to go about resolving this issue (e.g., what is the link between the phenotypic IDs and the image IDs?).
