Correcting for confounders and Liebermeister statistic
Dear reader,
For my analysis I want to investigate the association between lesions in voxels (yes/no) and a dichotomous outcome measure (presence disease yes/no).
If I understood it correctly the Liebermeister statistic would be appropriate for this approach. Nevertheless, I also want to correct for several confounders. Is it possible to also do this using the Liebermeister statistic? And if so, how can I accomplish this the best way? E.g., should I put in my excel file with the name/diseasegroup/confounder1/confounder2/etc. or?
Best,
Michelle
