Questions from a neurosurgeon
dear Chris
I am a neurosurgeon starting to learn VSLM analysis with NiiStat.
I have 2 questions :
1) predict injured tissue will only cause poorer performance not better performance > Is there a possibility to "predict injured tissue cause better performance not poorer performance ?"
2) the region that survive thresholds are flipped (when it says Right, it is in fact left). I think this is due to the orientation of my lesion's mask. Is there a way to flip the mask horizontally in the script ?
I don't have any coding knowledge (sorry about that)
Thank you very much for your time
Pierre
