Dear Sven

Instead of just a single condition (rest, aggregating the data from all sessions) you need first to define multiple conditions (one condition per run) so that CONN will compute condition-specific connectivity measures and offer you the choice to then compare among those measures. For reference, your Setup.conditions setup should then look something like the attached image
