Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to get the xyz coordinates for group activation for a given contrast in my study to report in a manuscript.  I have xyz coordinates for each channel at the individual level, and I have .png images for significant contrasts at the group level, but I'm not sure how to get the coordinates for the significant regions of activation in those group images.  

I am attaching an example group analysis script. This script is for generating images for all of the group contrasts, but there is one contrast in particular that I am interested in getting the xyz coordinates for. 

I have tried to convert the .png images to .nii to get the coordinates using xjview, but haven't had any luck.
