Hi everybody,

I am a beginner using this toolbox. It is not clear to me (in the documentation it is not specified) what to do after saving the matrix with the "bad volumes". I am using FSL and I give the matrix (adapted in a txt file) to the processing tools but in my final results I see no differences. I don't know if this is because I am doing the process wrong or simply marking the outliers as bad is not really changing anything...

Should I use this ART toolbox in some other ways? Or, for a better denoising, should I use ArtRepair instead?
