I confirm that I have attempted the steps mentioned in your response, but I still received the same error. I also went ahead and re-preprocessed (from scratch) the data, and re-denoised as well, ensuring that all new changes were in fact accounted for... alas, still the same issue. I've also tried doing one subject at a time, one ROI at a time- always the same issue.

Are there any other fixes I can attempt?

At this point, I'm thinking of downloading an older version and restarting the whole pipeline.
