RE: Incorrect mapping to surface for some nifti files
Hi, this might due to the spars
distribution of data in the nifti file. Please try "most neighbor
voxel" method or smooth the nifti file for
visulization.

Hi all.
I have a nifti file that I want to plot on a surface using brainnet.
For some reason, the mapping is not good and some holes (null color spots) are present in the output.
I am attaching a screenshot showing this problem (upper subplot is using the interpolation method and the lower subplot is using gaussian inter method).
For other nifti files (with similar dimensions) the output is perfect.
Any help?
