Thanks very much for the reply. I also want to know how can I use the gl package in common python coding? (more specifically in the command line rather than the graphical interface (the View/Scripting menu item)) Can I pip install the package from Python Package Manager? or it that only the embedded package in the MRIcroGL tool.
