RE: Graph theory interaction exporting data values
Dear Amy,

Sorry about that, you are right the .csv file exported does not clarify the order of the rows there in the case of analyses that include multiple conditions. If your analysis includes N subjects and M conditions, the first N rows in the 'export data' .csv filie correspond to all subjects & condition #1, the next N rows correspond to all subjects & condition #2, etc. (and just to clarify, conditions are sorted in the same order as they appear in the "conditions" list in CONN's gui)

Best
Alfonso

Dear Alfonso,

I need clarification regarding exporting data from graph theory results please. I have two subject effects (placebo, real treatment) and two conditions (before, during treatment).

I conducted an interaction analysis ([1 -1] [-1 1]) and I need to illustrate the direction of the effects (i.e., average values of the four groups) (before placebo, during placebo, before treatment, during treatment) for a manuscript.

Could you please clarify which values correspond to which rows in the output data?

Is there a way to illustrate the direction of the effects in CONN?

Thanks,
Best regards,
Amy
