Hi Amy,
You could simply enter the list of those files as your functional data (for one subject and one run/session) and CONN will simply concatenate them (note: this will have CONN treat these data as a single continuous session during preprocessing&denoising, compared to entering the same files as different runs/sessions into CONN and then defining in Setup.Conditions a single condition spanning all these different sessions)
