In CONN toolbox, when the default preprocessing pipeline for volumetric analysis is used with all the default values, which exact MNI template (which nifti file) are the functional images normalized to during normalization process? In "conn/utils/surf", I found 2 potential nifti files ("referenceT1.nii" and "referenceT1_icbm.nii"). Which one of them is the one that is used by CONN as the standard MNI template for the normalization step?

I'm in doubt about this because my final preprocessed image has the same dimension as "referenceT1.nii" whereas when overlaying the templates on the top of my functional image, the "referenceT1_icbm.nii" seem to better cover the brain in my functional image.
